Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for store credit.

Can I change my order?

Your order is prepared for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. Due to the quick turnaround time we are unfortunately unable to allow any changes. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Shipping

How fast is shipping?

After you have placed your order, we'll process and ship it within 1-2 business days. 

When your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. 

Our average shipping time within the contiguous United States is 3-7 business days.

It's important to note that the shipping and processing times mentioned above are estimates, and shipping may take longer during high demand or inclement weather conditions or as a result of other events beyond FirstDate control.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship to the United States and Mauritius.

We know FirstDate has fans globally and our team is working hard to expand to more countries, so stay tuned to our social media pages for any updates on international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is by DHL express and is a flat rate of $24.99.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

The majority of orders will be shipped through DHL express shipping or Aramex express shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order is shipped. If you encounter any difficulties tracking your package, please contact our FirstDate team for assistance.

Our FirstDate Support Team is available to assist you from Monday to Saturday. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and during all major United States holidays. We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.
